Job Description
- Support daily business operations across multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
- Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare clear, insightful reports for management review and decision-making
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners to keep projects and deliverables on track
- Assist in planning and executing internal projects and operational initiatives from conception through to completion
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute practical, well-thought-out ideas to improve overall workflow and performance
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and data entries across all operational functions with strong attention to detail
- Participate actively in meetings, track action items diligently, and ensure timely follow-ups on all operational matters
- Support strategic planning, budgeting activities, and business reporting processes as directed by management
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Training will be provided
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,100.00 per month
